From the moment you book

After you book, our concierge reaches out to coordinate the details: airport transfers, golf carts, excursions, pre-stocking the fridge, or arranging a chef to prepare a meal for your group. Whatever the trip needs, Jan Carlos and the team make it happen.

Airport Transfers

Private transportation between Cancun Airport and the Puerto Juarez Ultramar Ferry in comfortable air-conditioned vans. Get to the villa quickly and start enjoying your vacation right away.

Golf Cart Rentals

The best way to explore Isla Mujeres at your own pace. All carts accommodate up to four adults — perfect for the whole group to ride together.

On Isla Mujeres it is illegal for property owners to provide, include, or rent golf carts directly to guests — they must be rented from an authorized local company. Jan Carlos will coordinate the rental with one of these operators on your behalf.

Chef Services

Restaurants on Isla are wonderful, but sometimes the villa is the better stage. A chef prepares drinks and a superb meal for your group while you relax by the pool.

Pre-Stocking Groceries

Arrive to find your favorite beverages, snacks, and produce already in the fridge. Skip the supermarket run and start the trip right.
