“It truly exceeded our expectations. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood on the south end of the island, which made it very relaxing while still being easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Communication from the host, concierge, and everyone involved was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. Everything was well organized and easy, which made the trip that much more enjoyable. “Hola, we absolutely LOVED our stay at Casa Elegante. It's so much more than a place to stay, more like a destination unto itself. The pools are amazing. The kitchen is huge and extremely well stocked and equipped. Its location on the south side of Isla is quiet with the rooftop views to both the east and west spectacular! Communication with the staff was very good and the few minor issues were quickly and easily resolved. The Casa was very clean and well maintained with cleaning staff coming in mid week. “Laura and Bill were so helpful. Their team was attentive, responsive and helped us through out our stay. The area is about 20 mins (in golf cart) away from downtown but was not bad drive, peaceful and we found some great restaurants and small stores that were close by. Pool is not that big depending on size of group but worked for our big group (10 with 2 being kids). The house was beautiful with everything we needed. Overall our stay was great and we recommend Casa Elegante. Next time we are in Isla we would stay again!”

Can lay on the roof and hear the waves hitting shore
“We stayed for 7 days. 3 couples from Iowa. From booking to check out things went great. Jan was at the house awaiting a prior approved early check in. Gave us a tour with all ins and outs. House is wide open. Lots of relaxing room inside and out. 2 great pools. 4 bedrooms all spacious with en suite, clean and spacious bathrooms. Neighborhood is up and coming and house has views on ocean from all sides of the roof. We had a minor issue with a toilet, quick response, someone came fixed it, in and out in 15 minutes. We used Concierge service for door to door transfers and private chef. It was a great week away. We would recommend staying here and will stay again. We did rent 2 golf carts, being on south end of island, but it was great to be able to get away from the groups of people up north. Can lay on the roof and hear the waves hitting shore. So amazing!”

“This was our first time on the island and we weren’t sure where to stay with our larger group. Punta Sur area is just gorgeous. Out of the busy hustle and bustle of the north end and this house was perfect. GORGEOUS views from the rooftop pool area. The pool on the roof was so wonderfully warm it was nice sitting up there in the evenings. We all loved it. Every detail was thought of in this house, from beach towels and pool toys to ponchos and rags for the golf carts. The kitchen had everything we could ever need. The private chef loved it! The only thing I would warn you people of is the stairs, although beautiful are very steep and narrow. Just be careful. Don’t hesitate to stay here. The owners and management are spectacular!!! Friendly and so easy to work with. If you stay there say hi to Fred the Iguana! And he loves bananas!!”

“Casa Elegante met our family’s (seven adults and two children under 2.5 years old) needs very well. The location was perfect for us. The quiet little development at the south end of the island that Casa Elegante is located in is lovely, close to a nice walking path for sunrises or iguana sightings. Punta Sur is also within a short walk. It was pure joy and comfort to have a fully air conditioned, well appointed home to return to after a walk, lunch or beach adventure. So cool and comfy. The linens were lovely and soft, the beds were comfortable, the chef we hired was fantastic and the midweek cleaning was a wonderful bonus. We truly appreciated the attention to detail by the concierge, Julia and her attentive team which included arranging transportation and grocery delivery. Bill, Laura and team pay attention to every detail without skipping a beat.”

“We were well prepared in advance of trip and the concierge services made everything seamless. Great local recommendations too. When Hurricane Beryl interrupted our vacation, Bill stayed in constant contact with me to make sure we felt safe. And he even bought our dinner the night before we had to leave. They felt like family and we’ve never had a host like that before. I honestly hope we can come back one day - the house, the pools, the neighborhood was all nice and safe. And definitely not high traffic. Golf carts are THE WAY TO GO. Extra bonus: Filtered water and ice AND step by step instructions on the coffee maker 🤣. They really do think of everything!”

“It was just as described in the listing. They shared a lot of recommendations with us regarding restaurants and having chef come in to cook for us. We really appreciated having groceries and drinks at the house when we arrived. There was one glitch we ran into. The golf carts were booked for the wrong month. Julia was responsive and got that handled for us. We just had to wait a couple of hours for carts to be returned. The only suggestion would be to put grippers of some sort on the stairs. They can be very slippery. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.”

“We stayed at Casa Elegante for a week and loved it! Weather was unusually stormy and rainy the whole week, but we made the best of it. The property was Very clean and maintained, comfortable and stocked with most anything you would need. Communication was excellent between owners and property management. If there were issues, they were very quick to respond. We had our adult kids and spouses along, 8 in total, with plenty of space. The heated pools were awesome to enjoy, especially since it was raining, cool and stormy. We rented golf carts for the week to run around in, but taxis are cheap and quick if you are sticking close to the property. I would definitely stay again and recommend!! Thanks so much for a great vacation ❤️”

“I love Isla Mujeres, but I was hesitant to book another trip due to the on and off power loss issues I had been hearing about. However, Bill and Laura kindly explained in great detail the updating infrastructure of the island and how it shouldn’t be something to worry about. I’m glad they did, because it was enough to convince us with no regrets! Where do I start? The house is absolutely everything you expect it to be. Gorgeous! The house was perfect for all 12 of us. I have a 16 month old and I was worried about the pool and staircase. Luckily they had something tall enough to place across the staircase and a big sliding door to go in and out of the pool area. It instantly gave me peace of mind. Bill and Laura care very much about their home, their guests, and are big on hospitality. They have an entire team to help facilitate your arrival, stay and departure (concierge, property manager, cleaning and maintenance). All so wonderful! Thank you so much for sharing your home! 😊”

Truly, a great trip!
“Our group of ten arrived home yesterday from staying a week at Casa Elegante. The house was fantastic, exactly as described and pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The rooftop deck was wonderful to watch the sunset in the evening and the ground level pool was perfect during the heat of the day. We loved the location close to Punta Sur. We rented golf carts and were able to travel the entire island, but preferred the quieter neighborhood of La Diosa to get away from the crowds. The hosts and staff were very communicative and prompt to reply. The concierge service coordinated shuttle service to and from the airport, assisted in renting golf carts, helped with check-in, had groceries delivered, recommended restaurants, and called taxis for us to get back to the ferry. It was truly a wonderful trip. We are looking forward to returning soon!”

“Stayed at Casa Elegante last week to celebrate my 60th bday. 7 adults and a 9 month old. We loved it! Everyone had their own suite basically. Big comfortable beds and great pillows. They have put a lot of thought into it. I can’t think of a single thing we needed that we didn’t have. We loved staying on this end of the island and zipping around in our golf carts. “We had the most incredible time and it was truly a trip I will never forget. The island is amazing. I cannot believe out of all the years I've traveled to Mexico (we used to go every year with my family) I have never been to the island. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be going back. Your house is stunning! We all couldn't get over it. We could have not left the house the entire time and been fully content. The rooftop pool - we couldn't get enough of it. Julia was beyond great! She helped us with anything we needed while we were there. She was always in communication with me or my sisters and made things so easy and smooth for us during our trip. She even came out with us a couple of times. Lalo is the best DJ ever! We had so much fun with him. Brando and his margaritas and snacks were exactly what we needed when we arrived at the house. He was so fun to kick off the trip. Miguel the taxi driver was awesome, always helping us get from one place to the next. The owner of Rosa Sirena, Debbie, she was fantastic and so was our food. We had the best dinner there. Carolina was our personal chef and she did a great job. She was so sweet too. Alex was super helpful when we had a clogged toilet, it was fixed right away. Everything we did from start to finish was so much fun and worked out so perfectly. I clearly still can't get over how amazing of a time it was and how amazing all of these people were!”

“Hosts and staff did an amazing job with communication and service. There were a couple things that probably got lost in translation with a couple service's provided, but not a huge deal. When we needed something at the house, the service was SWAT like in speed and attention!! We had 7 adults and 3 kids, ages 9, 4 & 18 months. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the main pool and us adults loved the rooftop pool after bedtime!😉 The stairs were daunting for the two smallest kids, but we knew what to expect going in. I've been coming to the Island for 30 yrs now and this is literally the first time I had crazy hot water!! As in, for the whole shower, not just the first minute!! 😅 Beds were comfortable and plenty of supplies for cooking, pool time & even bags for grocery shopping. Literally everything you need! It was so easy to settle in, It felt like my second home! ❤”

“We had four couples for my boyfriends 30th birthday. This house was PERFECT. Everyone had their own king size bed and a great size room! The two pools were fantastic and the outdoor furniture was nice. This house comes STOCKED with everything you will need for a vacation. They have pool floaties, coolers, bags, hats, Bluetooth speakers, sunscreen people have left behind. There is a full gorgeous kitchen and filtered water available, so bring a water bottle! They provide an amazing welcome book with recommendations for food, activities, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc. They also have a concierge available that will help you setup excursions, golf carts, hotel transportation, and anything you would need! “We had the most amazing time in Isla Mujeres thanks to being able to stay in this beautifully, well appointed home. Your vacation doesn’t start when you enter their home, it starts before you even get there. They have the most fantastic concierge service. We were swept away upon exiting the airport and were personally greeted when we got to the house. Upon entering, we were greeted with bottled wine and a thank you note. That was a nice surprise. Very classy added touch. The house is spacious, well stocked with everything you could ever need, and the bedding and linens were high end quality. The owners checked in to make sure everything was okay. Again, a nice touch to our stay. We enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by a local chef right at the house. The location of this home was beautiful. If you are interested in visiting this island, I would recommend this home. You won’t be disappointed. “Casa Elegante at Isla Mujeres is a jewel to be discovered and enjoyed for all its modern style as well as its very refined architecture. The house has very nice amenities including the well designed pool on the first floor and the small pool at the top with amazing views. Every room has its own bathroom and also its private balcony. The kitchen, dinning and living areas are very well decorated and appareled. The design of the house is stunning and fascinating. The location at the exclusive La Diosa subdivision is very nice and also a short distance of Punta Sur of the Isla that offers astonish and incredible views. The beauty of nature that surround the Isla is incredible. Definitely is a place really worthy to be and enjoy it. A highly recommended place to be . Our hosts are very hospitable and with good care of their guests. We brought home nice memories that we will keep forever.”

“5 star accommodations at Casa Elegante! We stayed for 7 nights at Casa Elegante and it was the best decision we made! This house has every thing you could ask for! Each spacious room has an equally spacious bathroom. Each room also have bluetooth speakers and smart tv’s, balconies with views for days, separate air conditioning, a safe…. I could go on and on! The kitchen is spacious with anything you could possibly need. We had a private chef cook for us 2 nights and had so much room to enjoy the experience. “The property is as beautiful as the pictures would lead you to believe, and the host have gone out of their way to include all the items you need to relax and hang out in the home, or to venture out and enjoy the island. Casa Elegante is situated in the southern end of the island, which is quiet and easy to walk around, but it is not far to the busier and livelier Playa Norte (definitely get golf carts!). The hosts also connect you with a great team on the island, including a concierge to help you book excursions and events to make the trip uniquely your own, as well as an attentive and responsive property management staff who ensure all goes as well as it can while you enjoy Isla Mujeres. If we return to the island in the future, this is definitely where we will always want to stay!”

“We (10 people) enjoyed an amazing week here after Christmas. The house is well stocked and special touches (shampoo/conditioner, spices, coffee, pool towels etc) which make for an easy vacation. Julia is awesome! She booked transportation to the ferry, had our golf carts at the house, had groceries delivered, arranged our snorkeling excursion (highly recommend), and arranged for our early morning taxis to pick us up when departing. The communication from Bill in regards to arrival and travel advice is top-notch. The welcome book is so complete and very helpful! The location of this house is on the best part of the island.It's quiet but only a 15 minute golf cart ride into town for some night life. We needed some more bedding and the toaster was broken upon arrival and the property manager had them both taken care of the same day. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the lighting of the oven. It worked, but it wasn't the easiest. We loved this place and this island. We will be back for sure and I would highly recommend Casa Elegante.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home! It was truly equipped with everything from a blender for piña coladas to pool noodles. The home is in a very secure and quiet location at the southern end of the island. It’s about a 20 min golf cart ride to the ferry, the northern tip of the island, and beaches. The main grocery store on the island is actually quite large and had any essentials we forgot and a variety of groceries. Our older family members loved the bedroom on the main floor so they didn’t have to use the stairs. The light switches are all labeled and the check in/out service was a great touch! I would not hesitate to stay here again!”

“This house was great, absolutely perfect for our family. The top level dining area was a definite hit--we used it every night! The beds were sooooo comfy and the separate ACs for each room made it even more comfortable. The downstairs pool was absolutely perfect for the kids, and adults as well. The outdoor setting was so well done and well maintained. The living area was well laid out and the AC was strong and comfortable. The upstairs hot pool was also a hit, especially at night. It was nice for my wife and I to be able to take the downstairs bed room, our kids and their kids took the 2nd level (3 rooms). They provided water and other supplies as soon as we requested them. The cleaners were very thorough. Their property manager met us at the door when we arrived and checked us out early so we could make the ferry--she was very helpful. They set us up with good golf carts (there are some on the island that are not so good), a grill, and other things we requested. Everything was as advertised or better. Perfect house! Highly recommend!”

“The house met our expectations and more. La Diosa neighborhood is quiet and well managed. It was just my wife and I this time so the spaciousness of the house was plenty. We took daily advantage of the hot tub on the 3rd floor. Spent time in the hammocks. The amenities and necessities are right at your finger trips - soft side coolers, Bluetooth speaker, koozies, games, floats, washer/dyer. The house managers and the concierge services were responsive and provided everything we needed for getting from the airport to the island (pickup, golf cart, etc). We didn't take advantage of the I'm house chef services this time but we will next. The owners even checked in us an made sure that our needs were looked at. We had a handwritten welcome note from them including 2 bottles of wine and also a couple of 'Isla - Casa Elegante' stickers. Nice touch!”

“I along with five friends stayed at Casa Elegante recently, celebrating a girls trip long overdo. It was wonderful! The house is located on the south end of Isla, which is very quiet and low key, the house has gorgeous views. There is construction in the neighborhood, once it is complete this area will be even more delightful. The home is spacious,clean, with two pools and the top floor is an outside deck that overlooks the water - stunning! There is a spiral staircase that is a bit precarious, especially after a couple of margaritas, however the views from the top deck are worth the climb! Julia our concierge was very helpful with booking our golf carts, taxis, day excursions, etc. We also hired a chef one evening, Carolina, who was not only a wonderful cook but a lovely person as well. Isla has great restaurants, and the North end, including North Beach is a bustling, energetic area. “We'll definitely be back! My wife and I stayed with three other couples at Casa Elegante, and the property is definitely top notch. Both pools are fantastic and the rooftop pool offers a 360 degree view of the ocean including a great view of Cancun in the distance. All of the rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the kitchen, living room, and patio to the second private pool provide a great space for partying. The cost of staying here was very reasonable especially when you divide the cost between multiple couples, and you should also realize that everything on the island is very inexpensive! An $8.00-$10.00 drink in the US might cost you $4.00 here, and it probably tastes better! The Mojitos are especially good. Food pricing on the island is also a fraction of the cost, and we didn't run out of excellent restaurants to try every night. Staying here makes clear how much better this is than staying at some all-inclusive resort. I'd estimate that (including food, drinks, and a golf cart rental) it's about 1/2 the price of a couple staying at Sandals, and quite a bit more fun! The ferry ride to the island was effortless and kinda fun. There was a musician on the top deck to entertain you on your short ride. We then walked a few blocks to pick up our golf cart, and then we were on our way. Isla Mujeres is a terrific island with very friendly natives. We all went on a private bike/golf cart tour of the island with https://www.facebook.com/CulturaCruisers/ that included points of interests, restaurants, a stop at Isla Brewery, and homes where natives provided us homemade food! Homes of natives on the island are small by our standards, and the weather is hard on the exterior paint, but when you go inside you realize you just don't need much to live there. The concrete houses are relatively cool and inhabitants seem very happy and friendly. I would highly recommend renting a golf cart and exploring the island for only a couple hundred for the week. It is well worth the cost to have the freedom to go wherever you want, because you'll enjoy exploring. We also love the Mayan Beach Club on the north end of the beach. The water there is awesome and calm, and the service is excellent! Make sure to check out the binder on the coffee table with all of the fun things you can do! We'll definitely be back!”

“A fantastic place for a 4 couple vacation on Isla Majures. We went Feb 2019 and loved it. The location is great because it's near the southern part of island so you get plenty of privacy. Local bars and restaurants nearby. We are hoping to return in the near future.”

“We recently stayed at Casa Elegante over the week of July 4th. There were 4 couples in our stay. My wife and I have been coming to Isla Mujeres a few times a year for 14 years now and have brought family, friends and employees on many of those trips. We have rented many nice villas and have stayed in various areas on the island. Each part of the island has its advantages but we always love the south end where Casa Elegante is located because it is so quiet. Casa Elegante is a very nice new home in a new development. The photos and description of the property are accurate and represent the property well. The views from the roof are amazing and you are able to get a great look at the water on both sides and the length of the island. The casa was well appointed with everything you would need from cooking supplies to lounging chairs. Having rented many homes, there are a few things that stood out that not many places always have. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Seems strange but many homes don't have wash cloths...Casa Elegante did. The beds were very comfortable and that can be a big deal when you are trying to enjoy your vacation. Communication with Bill the owner was great as well as our concierge Julia. I would highly recommend Casa Elegante for your next vacation...just not over the week of Thanksgiving because we have already taken it for that week!”
